1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at santafefundinggroup.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Santa Fe Funding Group, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, submitting a form, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

Santa Fe Funding Group, LLC operates a lead-generation and lender-matching service. We are not a lender, bank, or broker, and we do not make credit decisions, extend credit, or guarantee approval, funding, rates, or terms of any kind. Information you submit through the Site may be shared with third-party lenders, financial institutions, and financing partners (“Lending Partners”) for the purpose of evaluating your eligibility for business financing products.

Any loan, line of credit, or financing product you ultimately receive is issued solely by the applicable Lending Partner, subject to that Lending Partner’s own terms, conditions, underwriting criteria, and disclosures — not by Santa Fe Funding Group, LLC.

3. No Guarantee of Approval or Terms

Submitting information through the Site does not guarantee that you will be matched with a Lending Partner, approved for financing, or offered any specific rate or term. Eligibility, rates, fees, and terms are determined exclusively by the Lending Partner and may vary based on creditworthiness, business financials, industry, and other underwriting factors.

4. Eligibility to Use the Site

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts.
• You must be inquiring on behalf of a legitimate business or bona fide business purpose.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting any form on the Site.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Site, you agree that you will not: (a) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (b) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without written permission.

6. Fees

Santa Fe Funding Group, LLC does not charge borrowers a fee to submit an inquiry or be matched with Lending Partners. We may receive compensation from Lending Partners for referrals, which does not affect the rate or terms offered to you. Any fees, interest rates, origination charges, or other costs associated with an actual financing product are disclosed directly by the Lending Partner and are your responsibility to review before accepting any offer.

7. Third-Party Links and Partners

The Site may contain links to, or facilitate introductions with, third-party websites and Lending Partners that are not owned or controlled by Santa Fe Funding Group, LLC. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or business practices of any third party. Your interactions with Lending Partners are governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design elements — is the property of Santa Fe Funding Group, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

12. Governing Law
